The first game of the 2013 State of Origin series is here! We’ve decided to round up the WPW crew and get their predictions for the match.
Who’s going to win Game 1 and why?
Matt: NSW by 8 – Just because.
Adrian: NSW by 4 – It’s not going to be easy for the home side, but with a well-balanced 17 and the majority of the side in some great form, Game I presents a big opportunity for the Blues to take the early series advantage.
James: NSW by 14 – I’m looking for a big, confidence-boosting win for the NSW side! #UpTheBlues
Tomo: QLD by 6 – No real reason. The Broncos got smashed by the Warriors because they were missing their Origins players. Therefore, their players must be very good. Hence, choosing QLD.
David: QLD by 6 – Queensland will be up for this game, and will show the Blues how to win.
